Interview With a Hot Chick: Leyla Milani

So if you listen to our podcast you know we interview some pretty hot chicks; however if you’re not in to this whole podcast thing yet, don’t worry. We’ve been transcribing some of the interviews lately so nobody misses out. This interview Woodman did with Leyla Milani from the world’s biggest T.V. game show “Deal or No Deal” is the third one we’ve put up and more are on the way. Woodman: Leyla, welcome to the program. First of all we’re just going to talk about where you were born, where you grew up?

Leyla Milani: I grew up in Toronto, Canada, North York. Went to Georges Vanier High School, hung out at the peanut and I moved to L.A. five years ago.

Woodman: Now did you move by yourself to L.A. or did you move with your family?

LM: I moved with my whole family. I was very lucky.

Woodman: Why did they want to move to L.A.?

LM: One word: warm weather.

Woodman: Is that it?

LM: Warm weather, that’s it. I can not stand the cold. It brings me down.

Woodman: So you didn’t do any modeling in Toronto whatsoever?

LM: No, I wasn’t a sunshine girl.

Woodman: The very popular “Sunshine Girl”, page 3 in the Toronto Sun. So what made you get in to modeling?

LM: I was really just thrown in to it. I was out one day and I met some people that knew some people, got introduced to an agent and it just kind of blew up from there. I had no intentions of getting in to the business when I moved out here.

Woodman: What were your intentions?

LM: My passion has always been fashion design. I moved out and went to fashion school out here. I had a clothing line for a while. I had two actually; a denim line and then I had a junior sportswear line which I launched. Then I kind of got burned out of the whole business and plus I started going out, met some people and really just fell in love with acting, and hosting and just being in front of the camera. I’ve been doing it since and luckily it’s been good to me.

Woodman: Well yea, not bad for five years. Some people can stay out there for fifty years and not have anything happen to their career but look at you.

LM: Knock on wood.

Woodman: So tell me about World Wrestling Entertainment…

LM: I was in the “2005 Diva Search”, I finished second place out of 8000 applicants. I’m very proud of that. I had a great time though. I got to meet so many people and travel all over the U.S. and the last episode which was in Montreal was very exciting. The fans are so great. To this day my website still gets thousands of hits daily and I get e-mails from all over the world. WWE fans are truly the most loyal, dedicated, die hard fans ever. If it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t have even launched my website. They’re just awesome. I didn’t win the quarter million dollar contract but I got great exposure and wonderful memories.

Woodman: Would you have stuck with it? I mean if you had of won would you still be in the WWE?

LM: Well obviously I would be contractually bound to it. Would I want to do it? Sure, because I love being in front of people. The energy is just so good, it’s such an adrenaline rush; but to be honest with you, I’m a real wuss. I bruise easy, I bleed easy, so I don’t know if I’d be really good at wrestling. Definitely good on the mic, I think I could smack talk pretty good.

Woodman: So how did “Deal or No Deal” fall in to your lap?

LM: “Deal or No Deal” fell in to my lap magically. No, I just went to a huge casting call; tons of girls were there, literally thousands of girls. I thought the WWE auditions were big, this one every girl from L.A and everywhere else was there. It was a three day process. They broke it down to something like 100 the first day, and then to sixty or fifty, and then finally they picked twenty eight total girls. Twenty six models and two backups, and I got to be lucky case number thirteen.

Woodman: And you’re the most famous case aren’t you?

LM: Thank you. I like to think so. It’s my hair.

Woodman: That’s what I was going to say. I’m going around the office and I’m saying “hey, we got the girl from Deal or No Deal, number 13″ and I’m like “who’s that? It’s the one with the hair” they’re like “ah, exactly.”

LM: The one with the quoif.

Woodman: Hey, it works for you.

LM: I’ve always had big hair, throughout high school even, and the funny thing is people are always saying my hair is fake. That’s like the number one question I get all the time “Is your hair real? Is that a wig?”

Woodman: That’s your hair.

LM: That is my hair.

Woodman: So you’re box number thirteen, are you lucky or unlucky?

LM: I’m very lucky, it’s my lucky number. Thirteen is definitely a lucky number. I always tell people I have the big amounts in my case most of the time but if you’re smart and you pick my case first then you’re in good shape.

Woodman: Is that good for you though? Because you’re gone, you’re off the show right?

LM: Yes, I get to go sit backstage and eat and talk on my phone.

Woodman: How long does it take to shoot an episode?

LM: About two or three hours. There are a lot of breaks in between.

Woodman: How’s Howie Mandel? Do you like him as a bald Howie or a curly haired Howie?

LM: I love Howie. He is one of the coolest, most down to earth people I’ve met in L.A. I mean he’s just such a great guy.

Woodman: Does he do any stand up?

LM: He does, in between takes he answers audience questions, and he does his “Bobby’s World” impression.

Woodman: I was going to ask you about that. It’s my favorite thing in the whole wild world.

LM: Every time, almost every show he does that.

Woodman: I love it, I love it. So you girls knew this was going to be a big hit even before it even started with the amount of people auditioning.

LM: Well that’s L.A. for you; it’s just the nature of the business. Nobody expected it to be as big as it is. I mean we’re all just so proud and thankful and grateful to be on the show.

Woodman: They should have you girls compete one day.

LM: Against each other? We want to, for our like favorite charities. I would love to, that’s like my dream to be a contestant on “Deal or No Deal”.

Woodman: I’d watch it. I think you’d get huge ratings. Now for rapid fire questions.

LM: Let’s do it

Woodman: You’re best physical attribute?

LM: Can I say more then one?

Woodman: Yea, you can say your hair and something else.

LM: I would say my hair and my lips.

Woodman: Your butt?

LM: My lips.

Woodman: Oh, your lips. I was thinking butt. What do you look for in a man?

LM: A great smile.

Woodman: What’s your favorite swear word?

LM: Fuck.

Woodman: Are they fake or are they real?

LM: They are real baby!

Woodman: Does size matter?

LM: No.

Woodman: What would you say is your favorite sexual position?

LM: I like to cuddle.

Woodman: Were one night stands cool or were they not cool?

LM: Not cool.

Woodman: Are you shy or flirty?

LM: A little bit of both.

Woodman: What is your favorite beer?

LM: Bud light baby!

Woodman: What’s your craziest sex ever?

LM: With my boyfriend, anytime and anywhere.

Interview With a Hot Chick: Patricia Kara

EvilLynn got the chance to interview another Deal or No Deal girl. This time she talked with briefcase #9, Patricia Kara. So if you’re still not in to podcasting, check out what this hottie had to say.

EvilLynn: Do you want to give me a little background in to how you got started in the industry?

Patricia: I started modeling back in Chicago when I was 16, but it wasn’t going well for me in Chicago because I have a very ethnic look. Everyone kept telling me you’re too ethnic looking; we want blonde hair and blue eyes. I ended up moving to Miami and then to New York, and New York was awesome for me. It’s where I started acting and hosting, and from there I came to L.A. and just started going to the agencies and talking with different people, going on auditions.

EL: So did you start hosting TV shows first, or did you do print modeling?

P: I started out with print and from there I started doing the hosting and the acting, and commercials. A lot of hard work along the way.

EL: You’ve hosted some pretty cool things like spring break in Panama City, are these things crazy? Can you explain the atmosphere and the experience?

P: It’s a blast because with every show that I’ve done it’s something different and new. When I did the Panama City spring break there was boating, jet skis, wakeboards, so I got to try everything. Another show was a fishing show, so I got to go fishing, and it’s great because everyone just wants to have fun and be on camera, especially when it’s a spring break atmosphere.

EL: A lot of the shows you’ve hosted have to do with extreme sports; do you like extreme sports?

P: It does, I don’t do it on a regular basis, but I’m pretty active anyways so with the shows I’ve been able to try everything. Unfortunately lately I’ve been doing other kinds of stuff, I’ve started doing more red carpets, interviewing celebrities during their press junkets, it’s totally different but it’s great at the same time. I’m sure I’ll be doing more sporting events soon but I like the fact that it’s constant change.

EL: So take us through how you got on to Deal or no Deal

P: I got a call from my hosting agent saying they were looking for a co-host. I went there and was like this isn’t for a co-host this is for something else, but nobody really told us what it was. I got interviewed on camera and talked about myself, went back for a second audition and got hired.

EL: What’s the biggest amount you’ve ever had in your case?

P: Last season we had a special on the last episode and it was up to 5 million dollars and I had the 5 million dollar case.

EL: That must be pretty cool.

P: Yea, I screwed that person over though. They picked me at the wrong time.

EL: Do you feel bad when someone picks you and you open it and there’s a lot of money in there?

P: Oh my god, every time. It just really sucks because you feel like it’s all your fault.

EL: What is your best physical attribute?

P: My calves, I’ve got strong legs.

EL: what do you look for in a man?

P: Sense of humor.

EL: What is your favorite swear word?

P: Fuck, I say it all the time.

EL: Are they fake or are they real?

P: Absolutely real.

EL: Piercings or tattoos?

P: Piercings only in my ears, and no tattoos.

EL: Would you say size matters?

P: Hell yea.

EL: What would you say is your favorite sexual position?

P: All of them, if they’re sexual they’re great.

EL: One night stands; yes or no?

P: No.

EL: Would you say you’re shy or flirty?

P: Flirty.

EL: Can you describe a crazy sexual experience?

P: Definitely the plane, I did that last summer. I love doing it outdoors, just doing it anywhere and anytime.

EL: What would you say is your favorite beer?

P: Labatt’s Blue
